SNKRBASE strives to offer products of the highest quality, we have at our disposal a laboratory in which we check the quality of the product before shipping. If the product arrived with quality problem, it is possible to request a refund of the price paid, after having found the relative defects within 7 days of delivery. Contact your customer service by sending photos of the related problems and the reasons for the refund request, we would be happy to help you during the procedure.
NOTE:
- It is possible to request a refund or exchange once the proof of return shipment of bought items has been sent and confirmed.
- In case eventually, it is possible to request a refund or exchange if the size or model received does not correspond to those ordered.
- If you no sure about your size, please contact us to measure the insole length to confirm before shipping.
